卷揚式啟(qi)閉機安裝:
1. 卷揚機(ji)的(de)(de)安裝位置應選擇視野開闊、便于操縱職(zhi)員和指揮(hui)職(zhi)員觀察的(de)(de)地點(dian)。若配合使(shi)用桅(wei)桿(gan),卷揚機(ji)與桅(wei)桿(gan)的(de)(de)間隔應不大于桅(wei)桿(gan)的(de)(de)高度。
2.為避免(mian)卷揚(yang)(yang)機(ji)在(zai)運行中(zhong)被重(zhong)物拖動,卷揚(yang)(yang)機(ji)的固定也很重(zhong)要。輕型卷揚(yang)(yang)機(ji)一(yi)般采(cai)用(yong)在(zai)機(ji)架后部加重(zhong),并在(zai)機(ji)架的前部打樁(zhuang)的方法(fa)。壓重(zhong)可采(cai)用(yong)鋼錠、砼(tong)塊,并要經過(guo)核算,防止(zhi)壓重(zhong)不足而導(dao)致卷揚(yang)(yang)機(ji)傾(qing)覆、滑移。
3.一(yi)些建(jian)筑(zhu)(zhu)工(gong)地(di)對卷揚機(ji)(ji)也(ye)采(cai)用(yong)立(li)(li)式(shi)、臥式(shi)地(di)錨(mao)固(gu)(gu)(gu)定(ding)(ding)法,其機(ji)(ji)架用(yong)鋼絲(si)繩(sheng)圍(wei)綁牢。在固(gu)(gu)(gu)定(ding)(ding)廠(chang)房內可用(yong)廠(chang)房立(li)(li)柱或(huo)(huo)(huo)其他(ta)穩固(gu)(gu)(gu)的(de)構筑(zhu)(zhu)物(wu)作為錨(mao)固(gu)(gu)(gu)點,但必須(xu)經過核(he)算且采(cai)取保護措(cuo)施方(fang)能使用(yong)。對重型卷揚機(ji)(ji)的(de)固(gu)(gu)(gu)定(ding)(ding),一(yi)般可做混凝土(tu)基礎(chu),并用(yong)地(di)腳螺(luo)栓固(gu)(gu)(gu)定(ding)(ding)。也(ye)有采(cai)用(yong)雙立(li)(li)式(shi)或(huo)(huo)(huo)三立(li)(li)式(shi)地(di)錨(mao),或(huo)(huo)(huo)大型臥式(shi)地(di)錨(mao)為固(gu)(gu)(gu)定(ding)(ding)牽(qian)引力較(jiao)大的(de)卷揚機(ji)(ji)。
卷揚式啟閉機(ji)技術要求:
1、根據(ju)土質,按設計要(yao)求(qiu)挖(wa)土方,基槽尺寸要(yao)求(qiu)規整。
2、為防(fang)止土壤摩擦力的(de)降低,錨坑應平整干燥,不能積水。
3、地錨只能在(zai)規定(ding)方向(xiang)受力,不(bu)能超載使用。
4、地錨要經過試拉,才能正式使(shi)用。使(shi)用中要經常檢查,如有變形,應及(ji)時修整。
5、地錨(mao)四周(zhou)不能取(qu)土;拉繩與水平夾角應(ying)在30°左右,防止(zhi)角度過大產生過大的(de)上拔力(li)。
6、由地錨引出的鋼(gang)絲繩應作防腐處理。
7、地(di)錨(mao)(mao)引(yin)出(chu)繩露(lu)出(chu)地(di)面位置(zhi)及地(di)錨(mao)(mao)兩側2m范圍(wei)內不(bu)能有溝(gou)洞(dong)、地(di)下(xia)管道、地(di)下(xia)電纜(lan)等,以免影響錨(mao)(mao)和引(yin)出(chu)線的強度。
8、卷揚機(ji)就位后,其上(shang)部(bu)要(yao)搭(da)設防雨棚,下部(bu)墊好枕木,防止受潮損壞。
9、在(zai)電(dian)器手(shou)柄旁設(she)置操(cao)縱職員座位。電(dian)氣(qi)裝置應(ying)有保護接地。齒輪傳動(dong)和電(dian)氣(qi)開關均需(xu)設(she)防護罩。
10、鋼(gang)絲(si)繩(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)與卷(juan)(juan)(juan)筒(tong)(tong)的(de)聯結應根據鋼(gang)絲(si)繩(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)的(de)捻向不同分別固(gu)(gu)定在卷(juan)(juan)(juan)筒(tong)(tong)的(de)左、右(you)(you)端。即:左捻鋼(gang)絲(si)繩(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)固(gu)(gu)定在卷(juan)(juan)(juan)筒(tong)(tong)右(you)(you)端,鋼(gang)絲(si)繩(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)在卷(juan)(juan)(juan)筒(tong)(tong)上(shang)從右(you)(you)向左卷(juan)(juan)(juan)排(pai);右(you)(you)捻繩(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)固(gu)(gu)定在卷(juan)(juan)(juan)筒(tong)(tong)左端,鋼(gang)絲(si)繩(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)從左向右(you)(you)卷(juan)(juan)(juan)。鋼(gang)絲(si)繩(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)應從卷(juan)(juan)(juan)筒(tong)(tong)的(de)下方卷(juan)(juan)(juan)進(jin)(出),以利卷(juan)(juan)(juan)揚機的(de)穩定性。
11、設(she)置在(zai)卷(juan)(juan)揚機前方的(de)第一個導向(xiang)輪,應(ying)當使鋼(gang)絲(si)繩繞(rao)到卷(juan)(juan)筒(tong)中間進與卷(juan)(juan)筒(tong)軸線(xian)呈(cheng)垂直狀態。導向(xiang)輪與卷(juan)(juan)筒(tong)軸線(xian)之間距應(ying)大于(yu)卷(juan)(juan)筒(tong)直徑的(de)20倍,假(jia)如有槽卷(juan)(juan)筒(tong),其間距不(bu)應(ying)小于(yu)卷(juan)(juan)筒(tong)長度(du)的(de)15倍,以保(bao)證當鋼(gang)絲(si)繩繞(rao)到卷(juan)(juan)筒(tong)兩(liang)側(ce)時,鋼(gang)絲(si)繩與卷(juan)(juan)筒(tong)軸線(xian)的(de)偏斜(xie)角不(bu)超過1.5°(光面(mian)卷(juan)(juan)筒(tong))至2°(有槽卷(juan)(juan)筒(tong));這樣才能(neng)使鋼(gang)絲(si)繩在(zai)卷(juan)(juan)筒(tong)上(shang)能(neng)排列整潔,不(bu)會斜(xie)繞(rao)和(he)互相錯疊(die)擠壓或摩擦(ca)卷(juan)(juan)筒(tong)側(ce)板,有利于(yu)鋼(gang)絲(si)繩的(de)保(bao)護(hu)。
12、對多層(ceng)(ceng)卷(juan)繞(rao)卷(juan)筒,其鋼(gang)絲(si)繩(sheng)的層(ceng)(ceng)數應(ying)按線容(rong)量的規定。其最(zui)高(gao)層(ceng)(ceng)疊面低于卷(juan)筒側板高(gao)度應(ying)保護2d(鋼(gang)絲(si)繩(sheng)直徑)以上,保證鋼(gang)絲(si)繩(sheng)不過繞(rao)而滑出。
